Keyboard shortcuts

Editing entries

• Click a day column or the + button to add a new entry. A adds one for today.
• Click an existing entry to edit or delete it.
• Drag an entry to move it to another day or another time.
• Ctrl-drag (Windows/Linux) or Cmd-drag (Mac) to copy an entry instead of moving it.

Entry options

• 📌 Fixed — recurring entry; rolls over automatically when you create the next week.
• 💭 Optional — shown half-transparent, useful for tentative plans.
• Linked calendars — also show the same entry on other family members' calendars.

Views & modes

• Week view — the full week at a glance (desktop default).
• 3-day view — three days per screen. Swipe / scroll horizontally to see other days.
• Day view — one day per screen, mobile-friendly. Swipe / scroll horizontally between days. Tap the day's top bar to zoom in on the most recent past task and the next two coming up.
• Time-timer — past time of day is dimmed and a red "now" line is drawn across today, so you can see at a glance what's still ahead. Updates every minute.
• Fill height — stretches each day's entries to fill the column even when there's empty space.
• Weekend — toggle Saturday and Sunday on or off.

Calendars (profiles)

• Use the colored profile button (top-left) to switch between people / calendars.
• Each calendar has its own entries, weekend setting, fill setting and time-timer state.
• Click the family title to rename the current calendar.

Roll over & printing

• ⟳ Roll to next week — mirrors this week's 📌 fixed entries to next week. Any fixed entries already in next week are replaced; non-fixed entries are left untouched.
• 🖨 Print (A4) — print the current week on a single A4 sheet.
• 🖨 Print A3 (2×A4) — print across two A4 sheets you can tape together into A3.

Backup, sync & sharing

• ⬇ Backup / ⬆ Import — export or restore all calendars as a single JSON file.
• Cloud sync — sign in with Google to keep all your calendars in sync across devices.
• Share view-only — once signed in, click the ↗ icon next to a calendar in the calendar switcher to share read-only access with another Google account.
